Great Place to Work Institute and its senior care partner Activated Insights have honored Sinceri Senior Living with certification

Great Place to Work Institute and its senior care partner Activated Insights have honored Sinceri Senior Living with certification as a Great Place to Work for the 4th year in a row. The certification process involved surveying 100% of employees from across Sinceri’s 75+ locations and evaluating more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do. 


Sinceri’s Chief Executive Officer, Chris Belford, had this to share about the organization’s achievement and recertification as a Great Place to Work for the 4th year running: 


“After surveying over 2,000+ of our team members across the Sinceri Family, I am truly pleased to share that seven out of 10 employees agree that Sinceri Senior Living is a Great Place to Work. The feedback shared by our team members will empower each of our community teams – and home office staff – to focus on continual enhancements to our company culture and workplace experience.”


Belford continued, “Thank you to each of our team members who shared their feedback with us in this recent survey. I could not be prouder of the heart of this company, especially when I consider our 87% Trust Index score on the statement, ‘My work has special meaning: this is not “just a job.’ Not only is this the highest-scoring statement on average for Sinceri, but the Trust Index score is also outpacing the benchmark for the Fortune 100 Best Workplaces in 2020 at 84%.” 


With a strong response rate and Trust Index Score, Sinceri is well-poised for continued employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention as they seek to leverage this feedback in 2022. Speaking to the culture of Sinceri communities, and the career opportunities across the company, Alisa Clark, Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Relations, shared:
