Dr. Jaclyn Tomsic, a passionate community leader and local surgeon, will be assisting to host an event with the Junior League of Cleveland to support Bessie’s Angels on March 12, 2022.
As we head into Women’s History Month in March, the Junior League will be pushing its mission to the limit as it hosts an event that encompasses the organization’s true vision of empowering women within its community.
The event will be at The Madison from 6-9 p.m. and those interested in volunteering or attending can click here (https://events.handbid.com/auctions/spring-together-an-evening-with-the-jlc/tickets) for more information or to register. Tickets are $100 for two people or $60 for a single ticket.
Bessie’s Angels is a nonprofit organization, and its mission is to nurture, empower, educate, and provide low-income housing to young women impacted by the foster care system, and reduce food insecurity within high-risk communities.
Junior League of Cleveland is a group of female leaders that are dedicated to community change. The Junior League has a long history in America and is spread out through multiple locations. “By joining the Junior League of Cleveland, I am able to be a part of an organization that has regular opportunities to volunteer and be a part of something bigger than myself. I’m thrilled to be able to continue their mission and help Bessie’s Angels at the same time,” said Dr. Tomsic.
