Jacqueline Murray Appointed Diné Development Corporation Chief Operating Officer

Diné Development Corporation (DDC), a Navajo-owned federal contracting company, announced that Jacqueline “Jackie” Murray was appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this position, Jackie will lead organizational operations by optimizing standardization, driving industry-leading operational practices, and managing continued growth across the DDC family of companies.

Jackie’s distinguished experience is rooted in 30 years of developing, operating, and managing large-scale, data-intensive software solutions for the Department of Defense, federal agencies, state and local governments, and commercial clients. As a results-driven leader, Jackie has accomplished operational excellence across industries. Prior to her appointment as COO, Jackie worked for a Fortune 500 company in which she served as a growth strategist and principal technologist in delivering enterprise software solutions and Big Data analytics platforms to the DoD and federal clients. Her instrumental success spans various roles as a federal civilian employee in support of the U.S. Air Force, technology leader for a Federally Funded Research and Development Center, and senior growth and technology strategist for a DoD engineering company.

Jackie holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and Master of Science in Management Services from the University of Dayton. She has obtained Defense Acquisition University, project management, and information technology certifications in a variety of disciplines throughout her career.
